Our departure time is 3 pm on Wednesday. Please be at the school no later than 2 pm to begin loading. I will be collecting and keeping all passports for the students. These will be given out once we get to the airport and then I will collect them again. I don't want to risk anyone misplacing their passport.
You should have all received the packing guidelines that were sent out. Please make sure and bring work gloves! This is very important.
Your suitcase can weigh up to 50 lbs and you also can have 1 carry-on, that must fit in the bin about the seat or under your seat.
